MONDAY, 14TH SEPTEMBER, 2009

The last PAIN show of 2009!

Ok. We're here in Raismes/France to do the last PAIN show of 2009. After this Peter will concentrate on Hypocrisy for a while. The rest of us will spend time with our personal projects. Michael is getting a face lift. Johan is going to try to make it to Guinness Book of World Records with his new invention, the meat cream bun. And David is going in to the brewery business. Last night we had a really good time here in Raismes. First we went to a supermarket and bought booze for over 200 euro, then we had a really good dinner at Buffalo Grill and went to the festival to see Michael Schenker Group. Some of us got bored and went back to the hotel to force entry to the booze stash in Peter's room. A couple of other people from other bands joined us and when the rest of us came back from the festival the party was at full speed.

Today we're feeling a bit.... soft, but we will build up the energy with meat waffles in time for our show at 19.25. It's been a really good year for PAIN and we can't think of a better way to put a full stop for this years touring by doing this show tonight. France has always been a good country for us and tonight we're going to give back some of the energy that you've supplied us with the last couple of months. After the show we're going to get drunk, naked and blasted. See you next year!!!!!!

MADNESS!

Thank you for an awesome show last night! We really have to come back as soon as possible. Afterwards we tried to finish off our drink rider and had a spanking session. We watched some of the NW show and met a lot of nice people. When the NW show was over we went back to the hotell and had the mother of lobby bar partys. Everything that could happen happened.

Everything tastes better when you're alloud to bring your own booze to the lobby bar!

Here we go again!

On our way to Russia for our last show with NW this year. I feel it's going to be awesome! All of us agree on that Russia has one of the best audiences in the world. Russia is PAINland! We own you! You own us! See you tonight!

SUNDAY, 9TH AUGUST, 2009

SPAIN 2, Mongos, Pyro and the mother of afterpartys!!!

After arriving in Mikkeli we had a couple of hours rest at the hotel before we went to the festival and our sauna dressing room. We played at 22.30 and pulled off the best show in a long time. Everything from sound, pyro, atmosphere, audience and Johans clothes was just perfect. After show we had a quick sauna, restored some liquids and then went back to our hotel. This was where the evening really started.

There was a nightclub in the same building as the hotell. Bad, bad, bad... 10 of us at the same time in a room with people and a bar is maybe not the best way to start (or end) an evening. It might be a good thing that most of us dont have any memory of even leaving the festival area... Someone told me we had at least 5 different hotell room partys because security guards ended them one after another. Apparently Johan was sneeking arnund trying to take photos of us getting arrested. It never happened :-)

A couple of destroyed hotel rooms, lost mobile phones, loud noices, and 50 minutes late we left the hotel for Helsinki. The delay was caused by someone who got lost in the hotell corridors.

We had a really good time yesterday. The show was really good thanks to YOU! The only minor incident was when David tripped and fell on his drumkit in the beginning of the show. Never saw that comming. Czeck Republic and has allways been really good to us ;-)At the moment we're at the airport in Prague, soaking the last Pilsner Urquell before we go back to Sweden for a couple of hours. On Saturday we're burning down Mikkeli in Finland to the ground. See you there!
